Customer expletives over wet wipes
Sunday call out and it turned into a bit of a graft the drain was well bunged up with wet wipes and the customer was shocked when he seen them coming out. To be fair to him he was a lovely fella and was not having a go at me at all.
Later on I sent the camera down the pipe and found some drain damage which needs attention however it is the Utilities problem (I sent the customer the film so he will forward it to them).
I got it unblocked and also found that the drive paver had paved over the rainwater gully which was also defective and could have been causing damp on the front corner of the house
The little worm nossle did the business again for me.
